The baby food is easier to steam and puree in a blender of fruit and vegetables of your choice. Ice Cube Trays you can freeze for later use. If your baby is older, you can take a normal meal, put a little of each dish in a mini food chopper ($ 10) with a little milk and voila! Instant level two dinners! I have not bought baby food, since my first was small, and five children happy and healthy. (And I always feel a little bad for poor mothers in the course of baby food in the supermarket.)
